California Interagency Incident Management Team 10 is founded on our commitment to service, integrity and unity and our commitment to enhance agency, cooperator, and stakeholder relationships.  Our highest priority will always be to provide for the safety and welfare of all that are assigned to the incidents. We strive to manage all incidents in a safe and cost-efficient manner while adhering to the fundamental principles of the Incident Command System.  The team promotes an environment dedicated to continuous improvement through honest and open communication while having zero tolerance for discrimination or unsafe actions.

CIIMT 10 is an Interagency Incident Management Team. This means it is made up of 57 personnel from multiple agencies within the federal government, the Forest Service, National Park Service, Bureau of Land Management, and other federal land management agencies along with personnel from local and state government.  Each of these individuals brings specialized skills in specific incident management functions, but it is the cohesive action of the team that has defined our success.
